Let's Look Inward Together

Discovering and embracing one's true identity is a part of our soul's journey which often comes with its own set of stressors.

Victoria D. Stubbs

LICSW, LCSW-C, RMT

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years of experience, I understand the significance of the therapeutic process and I can help you navigate those stressors. I will guide you through the journey of transforming your mind, freeing yourself from old patterns of behavior and helping you to stand in your own truth.

I use an integrative practice approach to therapy that recognizes the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. I layer mindfulness and somatic interventions onto more traditional modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic & Attachment Theory, Person Centered Therapy as well as Imago and Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples.

Let Your Journey to Healing Begin

I specialize in working with women grappling with their sexual identity later in life. Coming to terms with your sexual identity, either through the coming out process or owning your sexuality in general, can be a challenge. I can assist you in dealing with those challenges as you move towards gaining personal alignment.

I focus on helping people who feel generally out of balance-emotionally, spiritually, mentally-those feeling disconnected from their authentic selves. I offer an empathic welcoming space for personal exploration with an affinity for working with people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I also work with couples who are experiencing disconnection in their relationship. I help couples uncover the root of their issues and patterns that are keeping them stuck. Couples deepen their understanding of themselves, their partner and learn healthier ways of communicating.
